WHAT DOES IT MEAN BY NCC, RENTAL WITH DRIVER?

Rental with driver (NCC) is defined as an activity for the transportation of people. NCC service is a non-scheduled public transportation like cab, and is regulated by Article 85 of the Italian Highway Code.

CAN THE NCC SERVICE BE CARRIED OUT ONLY ON ITALIAN TERRITORY?

Once the online reservation is completed the information will be shown and at the same time you will receive a confirmation e-mail where you will find all the information to reach our driver or meeting point.

DOES THE COST OF THE SERVICE INCLUDE HIGHWAY?

Yes. The services are inclusive of highway, rental with driver having the legal requirements and fuel.

WHAT ARE THE CASES IN WHICH I COULD PAY A SURCHARGE?

An extra charge could be paid if he has to go to unbudgeted appointments or if he has to travel extra miles than budgeted.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR TRANSPORTING CHILDREN AND TEENS?

In our cars children and teens count as adults and are assigned a seat equipped with belts. We recommend parents to carefully perform the correct placement of them and follow the normal safety rules.

IS A CAR SEAT AVAILABLE FOR MY CHILD?

Yes. It is possible to request us to have a car seat directly at the reservation stage.

IN CASE OF BIG LUGGAGE IS THERE ENOUGH SPACE ON YOUR VEHICLES?

Each passenger is obliged to inform us at the time of booking about the presence at the time of transportation of bulky items or excess baggage. In case of inability to transport and without reservation, a dedicated transfer will be arranged if required. Costs and terms will be discussed with the driver.

DRIVER WAITS IN CASE MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION SUCH AS PLANE OR TRAIN WERE DELAYED?

CAN I TRANSPORT MY PET INSIDE THE RENTAL CAR?

It is possible to transport small pets inside the cars but don’t forget to let us know at the time you make the reservation, that way you will have all the information before the trip.

I LOST AN ITEM IN THE CAR IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE IT BACK?

Contact our reservation center with your reservation details and information about the lost item, and our staff will take action to retrieve and deliver it to you. Home delivery service is subject to payment of the mileage rate from our starting point. Before getting out of the vehicle it is a good idea to make sure you have everything with you.
